Camelus dromedarius

My name is James McCabe and I am currently a Sophmore at the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. I am majoring in Biology with a Bio-Medical concentration and a minor in Chemistry. After completing my major, I intend on continuing on to medical school and specializing in Emergency Medicine.

I was tasked to create a webpage on an organism for my Organismal Biology course at University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. Of all creatures, why camels? First off, I recently returned from a military tour of duty in Iraq and one of our favorite things to do after a rough day was to ride the camels. Secondly, of all organisms, who thinks of a camel.
